Ranking of the 15 most sustainable employers in Germany in 2023, according to employee ratings
Only ratings in the environmental and social awareness category and from employees were included in the ranking (no ratings from trainees and applicants). Only the ratings from the last five years were considered (May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2023); the last year (May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023) was given greater weight. There must be at least 25 reviews in the environmental & social awareness category. At least 3 of these reviews must come from the last 12 months at least a score of 4 out of 5 stars in the environmental and social awareness category, at least an overall score of 3.8 out of 5 stars. The employer’s recommendation rate must be at least 70 percent.
